So, I got it into my head that cleaning my room was a good idea. And I realize that in many respects it is. Getting the clutter under control will make it easier to find things. Getting certain parts cleaned up will make it easier to get the broken furniture out of my room and replaced with the better stuff. And hell, if my room isn't a sty it'll be a better retreat from my family when they decide that it's time to act like a circus from hell. But egads! There's sooooo much dust in here. And it's no small task to clean up.

The cats are trying to help. And by help I mean they try to lay where I'm trying to set things, lay on the things once they are there, play with things that I would rather not have them play with and well... they're basically being cats. It's hard enough to clean a room with one cant, try doing so with three helpful kittens who all seem to think that this is a delightful game.

Still, at least in my room with the music blaring I can't hear anything my family is up to in the front of the house.
